LIVELIHOOD AND LIVESTOCK PROJECT – PHASE 3, concentrated on maintaining and improving the livestock situation in Eastern Ghouta by providing the livestock keepers who received cows to raise from the previous phase of the project (86 livestock keepers received cows in phase 2) with fodder to feed the cows. The folder was distributed twice throughout the project’s timeframe. Additionally, another major component of the project was a mobile veterinary clinic which conducted rounds in several areas in Eastern ghost in order to provide veterinary services for all kinds of livestock to around 1,827 beneficiaries. Furthermore, the project included private and public awareness session for livestock keepers which addressed different topics related to livestock rearing and associated skills.
